These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Framework website at https://yourframework.com (the "Website") and the Framework mobile applications and services that facilitate access to telehealth services provided by affiliated Physicians, ordering of prescription medications and other products from affiliated pharmacies, and payment for these services (collectively, the "Services").

By visiting the Website, registering, or using the Services, you ("you" or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with Framework, located at 151 C. de San Francisco, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00646, based on these Terms as well as Framework's Privacy Policy and Informed Consent (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Website or Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.


2. USER ELIGIBILITY

The Services are available only in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. You must be located in one of these states to use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract with Framework. The Services are not available to individuals under 18.


3. BASIC TERMS / SERVICES PROVIDED

Framework acts as a technology platform connecting users with Physicians and pharmacies for medical consultations and dispensing of prescribed medications. Framework is not a health care provider or pharmacy and does not offer medical advice, treatment recommendations, or pharmacy services.

You acknowledge that you are not entering into a physician-patient relationship with Framework. Framework is not liable for any advice, medical care, or treatment you receive from affiliated Physicians or Pharmacies.

IF YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 OR GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM.

The Website is not to be used for medical emergencies. If you are not feeling well, contact your primary care physician.


4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must create a user account to use the Services by completing a health intake questionnaire. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your Registration current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Upon Registration, a Physician licensed in your state will review your intake and determine medical appropriateness. The issuance of any prescription is not guaranteed. If a prescription is required and not issued, Framework will decline your order and refund your payment.


5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Subscription Fees: Some products require purchase on a subscription basis with a monthly auto-renewal Subscription Fee. By submitting payment information, you authorize Framework and its payment processors to charge amounts due. Federal and state health care programs do not cover the Services. You are solely responsible for all costs.


6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Renewals: All renewals must be cancelled via the patient portal at least 72 hours before the renewal charge. If a renewal is not cancelled within this required window, no refund will be issued, and the doctor visit and medication will be processed and shipped as scheduled. There will be no refunds on the payment once the renewal has been initiated.

All sales are final once an order has been processed and/or shipped.

Due to the nature of prescription medications, compounded medications, and health-related products, Framework does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products that have been delivered, opened, used, partially used, or otherwise received by the customer. This policy applies without exception and is necessary to ensure patient safety, product integrity, and compliance with applicable pharmacy and health regulations.

Once a product has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you, and Framework has no obligation to issue a refund or replacement, including but not limited to situations involving dissatisfaction with the product, perceived lack of effectiveness, or discontinuation of use for any reason.

Framework does not guarantee any specific medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or weight-related results, outcomes, or benefits from the use of any product or service. Individual results may vary based on medical history, adherence to treatment, lifestyle factors, and other variables.

Lack of results, slower-than-expected results, or outcomes that differ from expectations do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or chargeback.

Refunds may be issued solely at Framework’s discretion and only in limited circumstances, such as if an order is canceled before a prescription is issued to the pharmacy or before the product has shipped. Once a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy or a product has been shipped, no refunds will be provided.


7. TEXT / SMS MESSAGING (A2P 10DLC / TCPA / CTIA)

7.1 Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in through our Website or intake forms, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Framework. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7.2 Message Types: You may receive:

•       Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates)

•       Promotional messages (offers, announcements, educational content) — only with explicit consent

7.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our Services.

7.4 Fees: Message and data rates may apply.

7.5 Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

7.6 Help: Reply HELP or contact support@yourframework.com / (888) 412-0666.

7.7 No Sharing of SMS Data: No mobile information, phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties.

7.8 Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages


8. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Website and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://yourframework.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


9. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All Website content is owned by Framework or its licensors and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Feedback you provide may be used by Framework without obligation to you.


10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or activities.


11. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree not to:

•       Use the Website for unlawful purposes

•       Harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Website or Services

•       Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

•       Use automated systems without prior permission

•       Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

•       Provide untruthful, inaccurate, or incomplete information


12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or unlawful conduct. You may terminate your agreement by discontinuing use of the Services. Certain provisions survive termination. Medical records are retained as required by law.


13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Framework, its affiliates, Physicians, and Pharmacies disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent legally permitted, aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the previous six months.


14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framework, its employees, affiliates, Physicians, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information.


15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.


16. CODE OF CONDUCT

Patients must:

•       Provide accurate and truthful information

•       Treat Framework staff respectfully

•       Follow medical instructions from Physicians

•       Comply with payment obligations

Framework reserves the right to refuse service for violations.


17. SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO PHYSICIANS

Physicians using the Framework platform must be properly licensed and comply with all applicable laws. Framework does not practice medicine and is not responsible for Physician services. Physicians agree to indemnify Framework for claims arising from their medical services.


18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
